Arman Nazir Chaudhry is set to be called to the Bar of England and Wales by Lincoln’s Inn this year. He holds an LLM in Corporate Law & Insolvency, with a specialization in fraud and economic crime, from City University London. As a Transactional Associate, Arman focuses on corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters.

He has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and legal notices.

Arman also provides strategic legal guidance on corporate structuring, incorporation, and regulatory compliance, assisting clients in meeting legal requirements. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his academic achievements, including multiple merit-based awards during his LLB from the University of London and leadership roles during his tenure at Aitchison College.

In addition to his legal practice, Arman has contributed to scholarly research on legislative reforms, particularly addressing the ambiguity surrounding marital rape laws in Pakistan. His international exposure, through participation in global forums and leadership positions, allows him to bring a comprehensive and forward-thinking perspective to legal problem-solving.
