Wasif, is an advocate admitted to practice in the High Courts of Pakistan, while, his license application for the Supreme Court of Pakistan is pending acceptance. His qualifications include an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution from the University of London. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, and an accredited mediator of the Center for Dispute Resolution (UK). Wasif has over a decade of legal experience that extends to dispute resolution and transactional works in diverse areas of law including but not limited to banking, company, securities, administrative, energy, employment, civil, tax, public and private trust laws.

Currently, Wasif also acts as an expert arbitrator on the Panel of Expert Arbitrators of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Wasif is also an accredited mediator of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Center for Dispute Resolution.  He is also a visiting faculty member at the Government College University, Lahore, and mentors startups at National Incubation Center, Lahore.
